U.S. Ambassador Leslie Rowe led a discussion of President Obama’s “Dreams from my Father” with 20 university students and faculty at ISRI on August 8, 2011. The Ambassador’s Book Club provides an opportunity for secondary school and university students to engage in discussion of the book and the life and politics of President Obama. Previously, the Ambassador led book clubs at the University of Eduardo Mondlane, Escola Secundaria de Josina Machel, Escola Secundaria de Francisco Manyanga, and the Escola Secundaria de Muele in Inhambane.
